About the Tutor:

Sonia discovered Pilates after a near-fatal bike accident, which caused serious injury to her back. She found that her practice of the Pilates Method with its focus on core strengthening and stabilising offered pain relief that other forms of exercise couldn't. Sonia trained with the Pilates Institute and at The Pilates Room and is constantly studying to extend her styles of teaching, regularly varying her classes although always maintaining the Pilates focus on core structure. Her vibrant and outgoing personality and her professional teaching style make her classes dynamic, supportive and motivational.
