Course Outline

A safe and comfortable practice that helps to focus attention on the interplay between breath, body and mind. Through stretching, breath awareness and relaxation we will shine a light on our inner world.

Please bring

  • a mat and towel.

About the Tutor

Kathy graduated with a Diploma of Teacher Training from Qi Yoga at Manly in 2008, after practicing yoga for 10 years. Kathy teaches Hatha Yoga, which focuses on gentle sequences linked to the breath. The many benefits of practising this form of yoga include developing inner strength and body awareness to improve flexibility- plus it relaxes and calms the mind!
