Learn about what a healthy diet looks like, what foods can impact your wellbeing and mood, understand food ingredients and prepare nutritious meals on any budget.

Prerequisite
This workshop is suitable for all levels and assumes no prior knowledge

Course Outline:

In this workshop, you will learn: 
*How to assess your current diet and its potential impact on your wellbeing
* What a healthy diet looks like
* How to read food ingredient lists
* How food impacts your emotional wellbeing and mood
* Simple swaps to make your meals more nutritious
* Healthy grocery shopping and cooking on the cheap
* How to upgrade your favourite recipe to increase its nutritional content
* Healthy grocery shopping and cooking on the cheap

Course Outcome
At the end of the workshop, you will feel confident and comfortable reading food ingredient lists and shop for healthy foods that will not only increase your energy levels and improve your emotional wellbeing, but it also won’t break the bank.
You will also have the skills and understanding of how to easily and cheaply, ‘nutrinify’ - increase the nutritional value of your meals.

Through her 30+ years of working in both the traditional and natural health sectors, and her experience presenting workshops in hospitals, schools, the corporate sector and the community, Rosanna offers a wealth of experience. She is passionate about empowering and inspiring individuals to take responsibility for their health, and live their best life possible.

She is also the Founder of ‘Healing Food Coach’. Through the personalised in-home Pantry Upgrade Program, One-on-One Emotional Eating Coaching and group healthy eating workshops, women are supported to develop a healthier relationship with food, their emotions & their body, thereby stopping the cycle of emotional eating.
