Course Outline

InDesign is part of the Adobe Suite package and is a desktop publishing program used to create marketing material such as brochures, magazines, flyers and even books. This program is mostly used by graphic designers. Once the basics of InDesign have been grasped, students are able to create effective marketing material.

• Formatting Text
• Graphics
• Layers
• Colour
• Objects
• Formatting Objects
• Styles
• Tables
• Preparing for Printing

Prerequisites

• Students must have InDesign CC (Creative Cloud) software installed on their computer
• Students must have good skills with PC or Mac
