Course Outline:

For class with Dominique Partridge

This course is designed for students with prior knowledge of the French language at beginner level or at the A1.2 level on the CEFR scale. The goal of the course is to strengthen listening comprehension, speaking, writing and reading skills, as well as phonetics, all in a social and interactive environment. This course is recommended for those who are familiar with verb conjugations in the present, past perfect, future and imperative tenses. We will begin term 1 at page 76 of the Cosmopolite 1 textbook, (Dossier 4, leçon 2). Homework will be an essential element for the success of the course.

Zoom is easy to use video conferencing software with a simple set up. You will be able to see your trainer and classmates and interact as though you were in the same room, all from the comfort of your own home!

Dominique Partridge is an experienced tutor and has been tutoring at Mosman Evening College and now at Northern Beaches & Mosman College. She grew up in the countryside of France and has worked in Paris and London before moving to Australia. Dominique's experience in teaching and her in-depth knowledge of both, the French and English language, ensures her classes are of high standard.
