Bach Flower Essences

Finding it hard to balance your general health, well being and life's ongoing challenges? Feeling out of sorts? Or, do you just want to explore something new?

Join us to learn about the natural system of 38 flower essences, a simple system that helps restore emotional health and wellbeing to bring you a calm equilibrium, inner peace and harmony.

You may already know of Rescue Remedy, which is a mix of five Bach Flower Essences, available in main supermarkets, pharmacies and health food stores.

Discovered in the 1920s by Dr Edward Bach, (a Harley Street doctor in London), the Bach Flower Essences can be used by adults and children. Explore the purpose of each of these Flower Essences and find out how they may help you as well as learn how to make your own, just as Dr Bach wished.
