Adult Learners Week is an international celebration of lifelong and lifewide learning. To support Adult Learners Week NBMC is offering the following classes free of charge to those over the age of 18.

Drumming Meditation - Adult Learners Week
Course Outline: Experience meditation, mindfulness, and the flow state to the heartbeat rhythms of the drum. A fusion of African and shamanic drumming.
